These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the MonieRave website and services operated and developed by Entzopedia Technologies Limited (“MonieRave”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet applicable age, identity and legal eligibility requirements. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Features may be introduced, changed, suspended or discontinued. Website descriptions do not guarantee that every feature, payment method or financial service is currently available. Do not treat a prototype, illustration or example as proof that a transaction has been processed.

Unless stated otherwise, MonieRave branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may not commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
